Creating a pattern, sharpening form, contrast, rhythm, etc. is their profession. You see their letter designs on a screen, in a book or on other printed matter but almost never on a (literally) larger scale. Because, strangely enough, until now, wallpaper was not yet designed by type designers.
That’s why the Capybara Papers has developed the collection ‘TYPEWALLS’.
Typographic wallpaper made by world famous type designers, giving a whole new impulse to the world of wallpaper.
